Evaluate the business case
ShipBob combines a distributed fulfillment network with order and inventory tools for brands selling through multiple channels and markets.

Establish the operating requirements
Confirm how ShipBob would handle your order profile before comparing commercial terms. Its distributed ecommerce positioning is a starting point for a service specification, not a substitute for one.
Which fulfillment locations would hold our inventory, and how would that change replenishment costs and split shipments? Which assumptions in the proposed fulfillment model have the greatest effect on our total cost?
Model the decision
Compare a normal month and a peak month. Document the inventory, replenishment, and customer-delivery consequences of the proposed warehouse setup.
Build a comparable cost model
Request a cost model covering receiving, storage, pick and pack, materials, shipping, returns, software, and minimums. Keep one-time setup charges separate so the recurring comparison remains clear.
